  1. Subject to your purchase of a Qualifying Product purchased from Twin Technology Limited, BIST Group or VitrX Limited (Qualifying Reseller) from 1st November 2017 and 30th November 2017 (Promotional Period) and subject to these Terms and Conditions you may be eligible to receive

    Either

    A refund of 110% excluding VAT of the purchase price (Refund) of your Qualifying Product purchased from a Qualifying Reseller during the Promotional Period.

    Or

    A cashback amount equal to 10% of the purchase price excluding VAT (Cashback) of your Qualifying Product purchased from a Qualifying Reseller during the Promotional Period.

    And

    a contribution, detailed below towards your migration costs

  2. Employees of HP, the Qualifying Resellers, and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion and their immediate families are not eligible for the Promotion.
  3. Strictly 1 claim per purchase up to a maximum of 10 qualifying products per business during the Promotional Period.
  4. The maximum purchase price of each qualifying product is limited to £2,000 + V.A.T. or €2200 for claimants based in Republic of Ireland.
  5. To Qualify for a reward, it shall be a requirement that you must use all best endeavours to fully try and evaluate the qualifying product purchased.

Claiming your Reward - Cashback Promotion

  1. To qualify for the Cashback Promotion, you must register your claim for Cashback (Cashback Claim) after 14 days of the date of purchase and before the expiry of 60 days of purchase. The day of purchase counts as day 1. To register visit http://www.hptechguarantee.com. Your registration will be reviewed and if successful you will be sent a welcome email to confirm your registration of a Cashback Claim. During the online Cashback Claim process, you must input your business bank account details. Provided you have complied fully with the terms and conditions of the Promotion you will receive payment of the Reward to your nominated business bank account within 14 days of a Cashback Claim validation.
  2. Participants who provide incomplete information when submitting a Cashback Claim, will be notified by email within 2 working days and offered the opportunity to provide the required information within 7 working days.
  3. Cashback payments are non-transferable, non-modifiable, non-reimbursable and non-exchangeable.
  4. Participants will be solely responsible for all applicable taxes and any other relevant costs, expenses which are not stated in the Terms and Conditions as included in the Cashback payment.

Claiming your Reward - Buy and Try Promotion

  1. You may decide to return your Qualifying Product in exchange for a 110% refund (Refund). If you decide to return your Qualifying Product you must register your details including proof of purchase by visiting http://www.hptechguarantee.com (Refund Claim) after 14 days and before 60 days of purchase of your Qualifying Product. The day of purchase counts as day 1.
  2. Participants who provide incomplete information when submitting a Cashback Claim, will be notified by email within 2 working days and offered the opportunity to provide the required information within 7 working days.
  3. If your Refund Claim is successful you will be notified by email within 2 working days and provided with instructions for the return of the Qualifying Product. The Qualifying Product must be returned within 14 days of the Refund Claim approval (Returns Period). The date of purchase counts as day 1.
  4. The product you return must be the original Qualifying Product purchased from a Qualifying Reseller and registered with the Promotor through the website. It must be returned in Good Working condition. Good Working Condition is defined as:

    1. Complete with all packaging and accessories,
    2. Complete and undamaged; and
    3. Not be permanently marked or damaged.
  5. During the online Refund Claim process, you must input your business bank account details. Provided you have complied fully with the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion you will receive payment of the Refund to your nominated business bank account within 14 days’ of receipt of the return Qualifying Product.
  6. Claims due to mechanical breakdown, catastrophic failure or damage are not eligible.
  7. Refunds are non-transferable, non-modifiable, non-reimbursable and non-exchangeable. Only the legal owner of a Qualifying Product is eligible for the Promotion.
  8. Participants will be solely responsible for all applicable taxes and any other relevant costs, expenses which are not stated in the Terms and Conditions as included in the Reward.

Claiming your Reward - Migration Contribution Promotion

  1. In addition to submitting a Cashback Claim or a Refund Claim you may also reclaim migration costs up to £50 or €50 per computer (Migration Claim) upon submission of a receipt or invoice during the Cashback Claim or Refund Claim process which states the serial number of the Qualifying Purchase, the number of computers subject to the migration service provided to enable your business to support the Qualifying Product.

General

  1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost or confidential data and software. Upon receipt of the Qualifying Purchase all data will be destroyed. Please note we are unable to retrieve any customer data once a Qualifying Product has been received. Deletion of all confidential data and information, which are in each case subject to applicable data protection legislation, and are possibly stored on the return product is the responsibility of the customer.
  2. Unless otherwise specified, this offer may not be combined with any other promotion.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to closely monitor usage of the promotional website, including users’ IP addresses, so that we may identify misuse, and disqualify applications.

  6. If a Cashback Claim, Refund Claim or Migration Claim is refused because the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion have not been met, the Promoter's decision is final. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of an applicant in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.
